1.About course

This workshop has been designed to assist those who seek to advance their careers by honing the five critical areas of emotional intelligence – self-awareness, self-regulation, self-motivation, empathy, and relationship management. Attendees will acquire indispensable skills that can catalyze their professional growth.



Through a structured learn-apply-reflect framework, participants will gain a deep understanding of the intricate connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
